The glass has to go to an Altglascontainer (google that word in combination with your city) – it looks like you only got white/transparent ones, but they’re separated by colour, so have a look which container says Weißglas.
The vitamin bottles and yogurt buckets go into the Gelber Sack. You can get the corresponding trash bags from your Gemeindeverwaltung – they’re free.

food containers go into the yellow bin, same goes for plastic pill containers
paper goes into the blue bin
I suggest you stack the Joghurt containers to save a lot of space btw
