As an LGBT+ diasporan, I am happy to see Diana Ghzroyan competing.
Some Armenian netizens are losing their minds on Instagram, but God forbid an *Armenian* trans person compete in a trans competition.
I hope people are nice to her. Must not be easy to be a Trans woman in Armenia.
Oh, that’s wonderful news, I hope she does well!! It’s a shame that transphobic attitudes still exist among large segments of the Armenian community and especially the diasporan community (looking at you Glendale). Hopefully events like this one can help Armenian people warm up to the transgender community over time!
Its a trans competition. Let them do what they want.
