This is a certificate of someone named John Henry Columbus. He was born in 27.04.1992 in Minsk, Belarus. No idea why there is a Soviet certificate in 1992, I’ll ask someone about that.

Mother: Lisa Lauren.

Both parents are citizens of the USA, it says in their „nationality“ graph.

Is there anything specific here you want translated?

It has a different name on birth certificate? Or is that a translation issue on my part ? I swear it has different names for mother and father of his adoptive parents
