Funny how a little island (without any strategy whatsoever) thinks it’s going to survive climate change.
Apart from corruption,.. what is the reason Malta doesn’t run on PV, wind and tidal energy?
I mean,.. it’s either sunny or windy or both and tidal energy should be year round.. that would at least reduce the dependency on fossil fuels.
This data is heavily reliant on country size. Its obvious that we are more pollutant since we have to do a lot more than other countries to have a real effect. We are heavily congested – no. of ppl per [sq.km](http://sq.km) is the highest in europe. So this data is skewed without context

imo the metric that really matters is gdp per capita / co2 per capita. aka is your country efficient
