Can somebody explain me the police on Malta. The waiters in our hotel told us police is nearly not present in Malta but when then they do some scammer shit. Also they told me they tend to beat up tourists if they do not understand the „problem“. Is this true or did they went over the top with those arguments?
It’s funny how things that in all other countries would result in the immidieate dissolvement of government or at the very least immidieate dissmissal/court case for the ministers/officials involved, are just „ordinary work weeks“ in this god forsaken shithole. I assume this bullshit will end with some asshole being „reassigned“ to some cushy diplomat seat on some far away island once it’s all over and done.

Ah another example of corrupt government departments. This government should have resigned multiple times going on the many many scandals and incompetence… yet here we are still there and not taking responsibility!

It’s just insane .. but totally normal. It’s very simple .. the government is a criminal organization.. a real and actual mafia state ..
I can site a hundred similar scams that work because the government is a mafia organization..
Country is crumbling under these fucking clowns running the country. Whoever votes for them has a finger in their pie somehow. Government cronies and friends should be court martialled and shot.
Maybe worth pointing out that just because somebody – who happens to be notorious for blowing things out of proportion – makes an allegation, it doesn’t automatically mean that it’s entirely true.
