Hallo zusammen, das ist eine ziemlich seltsame Frage. Mein Ururgroßvater scheint verhaftet worden zu sein? Ich kann mir bis jetzt noch nicht erklären, warum. Seiner Tochter wurde immer gesagt, er sei gestorben, aber einige Dinge, die ihre Mutter ihr erzählt hat, scheinen sich als Lügen herauszustellen. Ich würde meiner Großmutter wirklich gerne mehr über ihren biologischen Großvater erzählen, den sie nie kennengelernt hat. Vielen Dank im Voraus!

I cant read all the handwriting on the last page but it should just describe the prison stay. For information regarding the crime you need court documents for tingrettsdom 231906 and the date. (If I read the number right). Need to contact the Statsarkivet for those documents, Im not sure if they exist but I think so. Definitely not made digital though. Maybe the embassy can help direct you to the right archive.
For breaking „Straffeloven §31 83 and 270“ apparantly. What those laws entailed in 1906 I do not know, but he was sentenced to nine months it seems. From the first page we may also conclude that he was a widower at 24 years of age, not born a bastard or sapmi and neither drunk nor insane.
I’ll translate some of page three for you, since it seems most interesting:
