It’s an old fire truck for some volunteer fire brigade. Most likely a Mercedes. The symbol on the door is the symbol of the municipality it is located in. I don’t recognize it. It’s not of a city or Landkreis but from some village.
Looks like a Mercedes 608D, so called „Düdo“ because they where build in Düsseldorf.
