That 8000€ is nonsense. They don’t even support it in the actual text.
Key words “average up to 8000€”. Not “The average is 8000€”
The article says that on the biggest companies people on leader/specialist roles could have average salary up to 8000€
8k might be average director, senior VP level salary. I mean average can mean many things. Average Tesla employee probably earns 5.5 millions USD if you include Elons 55 billion salary. Doesn’t
Title is just clickbait imo.
Finnish employer interest groups are famous for spreading lies about workforce demand in any field that sees even minor possibility of employees having a good stance in the salary negotiations. Basically, different business and industrial sector employer interest groups shout “Työvoimapula uhkaa!!” (= not enough skilled people for this particular field!!) whenever it’s a possibility that salaries might get even slightly higher because of demand for skills.
I vote for Kokoomus, but these lies that the interest groups spread and then even get public servants and officials parroting them, are ridiculous. For example, they have for years spread the lie that anyone who passes some 101 coding bootcamp will get a developer job. Which hasn’t been true for years anymore.
