Why not, who would „fake“ GDR flags?
Looks genuine to me. EVP = Endverbraucherpreis – the price that the item was sold out, regardless of where you bought it. I’m quite surprised it cost this much, that was quite a lot of money!
I don’t think anyone would go to the effort of forging a GDR flat y.
The VEB Bandtext Pulsnitz was real and still working in 1986. And you can find other flags with the same label on the internet.
And i also don’t see a big benefit of faking these. I guess its legit.
Everything on this tag seems plausible to me.
