Beim Wandern habe ich dieses grüne Ding in einem Berg gesehen. Die Koordinaten sind 60°49′40.64″N, 07°25′36.35″E. Ich dachte, es sei eine Antenne oder so etwas. Weiß jemand, was es sein könnte?

It’s nothing. You have not seen this.
Probably a microwave relay. Not really an antenna. They are used to bounce microwave signals around, up, and over mountains. If you look around in that area you will probably see more of them.
It could be the scores and lyrics to Musevisa, for the Balalaika orchestra.
It’s a sensor for detecting trolls
