In older buildings Red is Ground.
I mean that Brown is neutral but i’m not sure.
But you could google it. I remember there was a Guide on Google
The only thing that is possible here is guesswork, and that’s very dangerous. This needs to be measured, by someone who knows what he’s doing.
Nobody can tell from a picture. You’re gambling if you work on electrics without the knowledge and equipment to do it safely.
