      I read something like Ligfuds Hinge but since i dont know latvian names, its hard for me to guess. Thx for your help!

      First name is definitely Zigfrids (with a line above the i). Last name looks like Fruge (with a line above the u).

      Or if you prefer Vārds noteikti ir Zigfrīds (ar līniju virs i). Uzvārds izskatās kā Fruge (ar līniju virs u).

      thank you guys, Zigfrids it is, but the last name is not clear yet. Any common latvian name Strenge, Fruge, Heuge, Herge?

      My grandma had similar handwriting. She wrote the F like that in the last name. It seems to be leaning towards Frūge although I’m unsure if that was a common last name back then.
