Note : pensioners are not affected by this.
So since they’ll be saving money here, they’ll be lowering taxes now, right? Right? 🥲
(To be clear I support more social assistance rather than lowering taxes, but removing social assistance and raising taxes is the worst of both worlds)
It’s unfathomable why we ever even paid housing allowance for home owners. They are wealthy people by our standards and definitely don’t need goverment aid to pay for their homes.
