Ich weiß, dass dies hier wahrscheinlich mehr als einmal gepostet wurde. Aber versteht überhaupt irgendjemand, was dieses Gesetz bedeutet?? Bedeutet das beispielsweise für jemanden, der kein EU-Bürger ist und ursprünglich mit einem RP Typ A nach Finnland gekommen ist, weil er der Ehepartner eines finnischen/EU-Bürgers ist, dass diese Personen jetzt die vollen Studiengebühren zahlen müssen?

That’s what it means, yes. But it’s worth noting:
>The new rules would apply to degree programmes where instruction is given in a language other than Finnish or Swedish.
So if you learn one of Finland’s official languages, it’s free. And if you’re a spouse to a Finn and living here, it’s more than a good idea to learn the language regardless.
