Wie heißen diese?

Those are the cinnamon variety of Wasa small round crisp breads; on the package you’ll see Wasa and Kanel (Cinnamon) in large print. Wasa used to be a Swedish brand of crisp breads, btw but today it’s part of the Barilla group.
