The TLDR of the article is: that shooting ranges need less work done to reduce sound pollution as we are no longer in a decade of peace.
It has a dissenting opinion that that work is important, but not on the fact that we are no longer in a period of peace.
Because some powerful people have high financial interest in fanning the flames.
