Way back in ‘93 my senior year high school science teacher was explaining how the Tokamac worked. He was very excited in telling us it had just reached some kind of equilibrium in efficiency. It produced an equal amount of power it took to start the reaction. Or something like that, I gathered from his reaction it was quite the event…
