Windows has been so annoying lately (in-OS advertisement, Windows Recall, a need to have a MS account to start using Windows 11, constant OneDrive promotion, etc.) that I’m honestly surprised this number is not higher elsewhere.

    2. Maybe O&G Industry? Preferred OS for collaborating on geological models and dynamic sims for mapping out that sweet Norwegian Tar.

    3. I run Archlinux with Hyprland(no desktop just window tiling), it’s more challenging and fun compared to windows.

uhm, betting that on a tech-user heavy platform? that is naive. reddit is not representative to society.

    5. Me and a lot of my friends have switched to linux because windows is so dogshit lately, and it gets worse with every update. I just use dualboot so I can play videogames from time to time. And also, assuming people of reddit haven’t heard of linux is kinda silly.

Seems to be something going on with the graph. The last month increase doesn’t seem normal.
