It’s not a movie but probably a communist propaganda „documentary.“
Why? How? Because they mention „the party“ (Enver Hoxha’s party) while showing people waving flags and smiling.
We Albanians hate each and every ouf our political parties. So smiling and singing for a political party is very unusual
