Der Rat der Einheimischen ist gefragt! Sofort mit der vorbeugenden Antibiotikabehandlung beginnen? Oder die Zecke ins Labor schicken? Oder was??

Yes, it is.
Go to a doctor, at least if you see the bite turning into a red, slowly spreading ring, a sure sign of Lyme disease. It might be that it hasn’t infected you with anything at all, but keep it in a jam glass or so and take it along to the doc.
How big is it? It does not quite look round enough to have eaten a lot of you.
Rule of thumb is to wait and see if you get a „bullseye“ mark around a bite, and if you live here and wander in the forest a lot, consider TBE vaccine.
Like other people have said just monitor the bite site and make sure no red ring appears.
99% chance you are fine, I wouldn’t worry.
