Als ich eingezogen bin, habe ich in meiner Wohnung und im Flur kleine Bettwanzen entdeckt. Sie stammen zu 100 % nicht von meinen Sachen, da ich in meiner vorherigen Wohnung keine Wanzen hatte. Was ist als erster Schritt zu tun? Welche Rechte habe ich? Soll ich so schnell wie möglich einen Anwalt beauftragen? Es ist ihr Fehler, ich habe Videos und Fotos, ich möchte meine Miete und Kaution zurück und alle Kosten für den Befall und die damit verbundenen Kosten von der Gebäudewartungsfirma bezahlt bekommen, ist das möglich?

but first, are you absolutely positive it’s a bed bug? looks like one of these beetles to me: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latridiidae
(which would still not be great news as they feed on fungi)

These don’t look like bedbugs to me, they look like Adistemia Watsoni, or Moderkäfer in German, a sign of mold or increased humidity, but not directly dangerous to humans afaik
