Probably taken very close to Oslo Domkirke.

Stortorvet maybe? I work right in front of that building. I think the Oslo domkirke is on the left side of that shot?
Look at the photo closer and it stated glassmagasin ( where the illumsbolig is now )
Stortorvet. It’s also funny to see the film and or filter that was being used on the lense making the red tones appear darker than the blue ones.
