Ich brauchte neuen Senf, also kaufte ich ein Glas und als ich nach Hause kam, fiel mir das Jahr 1457 auf. Also hat jemand im Spätmittelalter denselben Senf gegessen, den ich gerade probiert habe. Wie cool ist das denn!! Meine Neugier ist geweckt, was wohl der „älteste“ ist? Irgendwelche Spezialbiere oder so, wer weiß. Neues Einkaufslevel freigeschaltet.

Weihenstephaner is a pretty old brewery, possibly since 1040.
Just went to this place. It’s… old. And tiny and artisanal. Quite cute also. Not worth to take a detour but funny if you’re in the neighborhood.
Interestingly enough they’re not listed on the oldest companies wiki.
