You could use [BPM Lux](https://www.bpm-lux.com/), they’ll give you a shipping address in Luxembourg (and in other countries) and will forward the parcel anywhere in the world for you (for a fee).
I have the opposite problem, I need something from Spain (even haven an address there thanks to BPM), but the shop is also asking for a Spanish tax number (NIF).
