Ich bestelle bei mindfactory.de, aber sie liefern nicht nach Italien. Deshalb verwende ich mailboxde.com, um eine zweite Lieferadresse in Deutschland zu haben und das Paket nach Italien zu bekommen. Das ist wie ein Mittelsmann. Dieser Mittelsmann hat mir eine Adresse gegeben, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich sie auf der Website des Shops richtig eingegeben habe. Hilfe!

You probably should add the company. If there are different companies in the same location it may wont work
May also the id that they gave you. But for that you probably have missuse some field…
You need to put that company name and your ID somewhere in the address. It’s in bold for a reason.
