Hallo zusammen, meine Großeltern kommen mich in Hamburg besuchen und es ist ihre erste Auslandsreise. Ich habe eine Reiseroute geplant, um ihnen Europa zu zeigen, aber ich habe Angst, dass die Städte, die ich ausgewählt habe, für sie alle ähnlich aussehen und dass die Reise zu anstrengend sein könnte. Die Städte, die ich besuchen möchte, sind Berlin, Prag, Österreich und München.     1. How many days have you planned? Have you planned rest days, too, or are all of them packed with sight seeing? Lastly, you know your parents best. What do they actually want to see?

      Covering that much distance with elderly folks is a not so great idea.

      Chances are high that your grandparents want to focus on visiting you, not do a „today it is Tuesday, so this must be Salzburg“ race around Central Europe.

      Ask what they want to do. I am willing to bet that they will enjoy a picknick at Planten and Bloomen with you far more than they will enjoy travelling to Vienna.

      I would take it easy. Do daytrips to Lüneburg and to Helgoland or Sylt. Show them around Hamburg. Take them to the pool and visit ARRIBA in Norderstedt. Plan on letting them chill and relax every second day, unless they want more activities. (Unlikely). This alone will easily occupy them for up to 14 days.
