      well not really i would say that it is a montenegrian fairytale . you see at that period you couldn’t lead the country if you weren’t royalty or some prince . So my understanding is that some Montenegrian that was very influental at that time just took power nothing more..

      He was “Emperor“ of Montenegro for a brief period, and was actually good leader, but was killed because he didn’t serve the interests of the surrounding powers.

      Well to be fair he was actually great leader. He got assasinated quickly though so no step 4 for him.
