I am not an expert, but from a google lens search, I found similar looking wallpapers from the 60s-80s. It could be older, but I find it hard to believe that someone would keep wallpaper for 90 years. Also, it has that kind of bubble/fiberglass wall paper pattern, which I believe it may have covered because of the indentations. That fiberglass wallpaper was quite popular 80s-2000s, and many homes still have it today.
So my totally unprofessional guesstimation is 80s.
