Ich habe eine Balkontür, die im Kippmodus feststeckt. Sie lässt sich nicht horizontal öffnen, sodass ich nicht auf den Balkon komme. Ich glaube, mit dem Griffmechanismus stimmt etwas nicht, denn wenn ich ihn drehe, passiert nichts. Weiß jemand, wie man das repariert?

Have you tried closing it, without the curtain in the gap, pushing it shut, moving the handle to the closed position (down), then moving it to the middle position to open it normally?
