Because the MSM downplays everything he does and quickly banishes it to the memory hole. Reminder, MSM is owned almost exclusively by Trump supporting billionaires.
I think Biden plays into Trumps hand and spends all his time trying to defend against Trumps lies instead of talking about his own record.
