I recently worked at a grocery store and saw breakfast cereal go through a big shrinkflation

  4. Shop the outer aisles and don’t buy processed food.

It’s way cheaper to buy the raw ingredients and cook it yourself.  Always has, always will be.  And with inflation/shrinkflation now is one of the best times in decades to learn how to cook if you aren’t doing it.

Cereal is where I notice it the most. “Family Size” boxes that are so skinny you have to lean them against something or they fall over.

Duncan Hines cake boxes – but didn’t change the ratio of eggs and oil. So soggy cakes?
