No, this is a scam.
This is simply a text message written by the scammer to you. This is not how the „Direkt kaufen“ option works (the whole point is that you have zero interaction with the other person and don’t need to hand over any personal information).
No. The message comes from classifieds in the chat. with such a, I think, green bar not written by you or him.
