What a thing to write in a vacancy ad. It’s one thing to treat employees without dignity, it’s something else entirely to openly advertise it. And no one will convince me that they are referring to those once or twice a year occurrences when an employee can be reasonably asked to work overtime; not when they write ‚Be prepared…‘.
