Wenn ich „Nur Sitzplatz buchen“ ankreuze, kosten alle Optionen 5,20 €, aber wenn diese Option nicht angekreuzt ist, variieren die Preise. Kann mir jemand erklären, warum ich dachte, es wären nur die Barkosten für die Sitzplatzbuchung und es käme der zusätzliche Fahrpreis für den Zug dazu, aber ich kann bis zur Kasse gehen und der Preis bleibt bei 5,20 €

The €5.20 is only for the seat, which you can book but do not have to. You still need the ticket, regardless of whether you have a reservation or not.
