That’s just a [Brötchen](https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Br%C3%B6tchen), more specifically a Kaiserbrötchen – a bread roll. With a sliced hard boiled egg and some parsley on top, and probably some butter in between: Eibrötchen.
