Meine Nachbarn haben ein Hakenkreuz im Fenster, das auf unser Gebäude zeigt. Ist das in Schwiiz legal? Was soll ich tun und muss ich mir Sorgen machen? Wir haben kleine Kinder und wissen aus der Vergangenheit, dass es in diesem Gebäude Probleme mit Drogenhändlern gab und die Polizei in den letzten 10 Jahren ein paar Mal eine Razzia durchgeführt hat.

This is not currently prohibited. (However, there is a legislative push in Switzerland to ban hate symbols such as Swastikas. But at the moment, they are legal, yes.)
So, unfortunately, you can’t (and should not) do anything based on the Swastika alone.
Of course that doesn’t stop you from reporting drug-related activity to the police.

I wish you could take these people, time travel them right into the front line of 1944 and enjoy their „belief“…
