Kann Frankreich Armenien aus seiner Sicherheitsisolation retten?

Articles like this always depress me. They point out the obvious thing that the EU should do, but clearly won’t. It’s like those articles prior to the ethnic cleansing of Artsakh that said things to the effect that „the EU must choose to either takes steps to confront Azerbaijan or accept the depopulation of Armenians from NK , which would go against their stated goal of stability in the region“ and lo and behold, what was their choice? What was the ONLY thing they were EVER going to choose?
