No one wants to see people sleeping camping in streets or other public properties. That is what homeless shelters are for.
Idk I hear a lot about public housing. You Know section 8. It’s a government program. If they don’t want to be homeless and can afford $100 rent why don’t they use the already available gov program?

I’ve recently had to buy pepper spray after a naked tweaker got in my face, accusing me of stealing her shit and blocking the doors to 7-11. She did that twice. Scared me. There’s an encampment at the dead end of my grandparents street. Used condoms and needles ntm trash. Fires everywhere. Broke down rvs. Getting approached at lights and drive thrus for cash or they’re angry and yelling punching the air. My kid watched a man take a shit up against a church the other day. I have empathy for others suffering. But there comes a point you gotta put your foot down. People let them do what they want cuz they feel sorry for them. That doesn’t work. Ntm the homeless nonprofits here in CA are a fucking huge racket. Homelessness is sooo bad all over CA. Even the little mountain towns.
