Kein Verdienst, keine Servicegebühr. Habt ihr Erfahrungen mit diesen Jungs? Sie scheinen seriös zu sein und haben auch Geschäfte in Dänemark … aber es handelt sich um vertrauliche Informationen, die sie verarbeiten, also dachte ich mir, ich würde mal nachsehen, ob es eindeutige Beweise für ein Fehlverhalten gibt. Danke!

The main problem is that their claim that there’s a lot of „unknown“ and „hidden“ deductions that most people don’t know about and thus miss out on, isn’t true.
If you’ve done even the minimum basics in learning about our tax-system you already know that you can deduct travel-costs to work, but that there’s a minimum deduction that everyone gets, so it only makes sense to do so if your actual costs EXCEED the minimum deduction.
By all mean, if you like you can anonymously answer their pretty generic questions, and see if there’s any deductions you forgot — but odds are there isn’t. If you’re in a union, if you have a long way to travel for work, if you slept elsewhere for job purposes, if you have private debt that you pay interest on, or debt abroad that you pay interest on, or kids under 12 that you pay childcare for — you can deduct these things.
But you already knew that, right? (and/or you don’t have any of these things)
Asking for 30% of your savings for the „service“ of you not having to spend 5 minutes on Altinn to enter these deductions, if you have any, seems a pretty poor price performance to me.

What should they help you „earn“ that you can’t do yourself? If you’re unsure just try the wizards on Skatteetaten. For a A4 life it’s not really that many.
