I don’t know, but I’d guess the ones marked Mini with a clock symbol next to them. 14′ probably means 14 minutes, apostrophe is used as an abbreviation of minute in lots of contexts.
It says on the screen how long the program will take, just turn the wheel until you see a time you like.
Mini 14 looks like a 14 minute wash. Or press the time button on the right side and see if that changes the estimated time on a longer program.

The Eco program is usually always the slowest of them all. It’s a program designed for lower energy use, which usually means longer soaking times and less active washing. The regular bomuld program is likely to be faster.
Aside from that I woudl guess the two programs marked „Mini“ is going to be very fast, but they are likely not suitable for any larger amounts or very dirty laundry.
Some machines also have a separate „express“ button that reduces the running time of any program you select, but I can’t see a button that looks like it might be that on this machine.
If you find the brand and model number of the machine (usually it’s on a sticker on the inside of the door frame), you should be able to find a manual for it online.
Mini? It had a clock symbol next to it.
By the way, that’s Danish, not Norwegian.
The duration of the selected program is shown on the display. You can figure out how long each program takes just by looking at the screen while turning the knob.
You have two express programs on this machine, „Mini“ and „Mini 14′“.
Eco programs use less water, at the expense of taking more time and doing a worse job. With the cheap electricity and water in Norway I do not recommend that anyone use those programs.
