      Killing a wounded soldier is in my opinion a war crime keeping him a live has more effect on the homefront so he can tell about the horrors the russian soldiers has to face. With the possibility of demoralising effect.

      Using tourniquet, seems he has some sort of IFAK better equipped, not a conscript I’d imagine
