Meine Freundin und ich wohnen seit einem Jahr in einer eher billigen Wohnung. Wir hatten bereits ein paar Mängel, wie zum Beispiel die Spülmaschine, die nicht funktionierte (habe sie nach monatelangem Hin und Her austauschen lassen), das Treppenhaus, das nicht geputzt wird und wir laufen an Spinnweben und Dreck vorbei. Auch der Trockner funktioniert nicht, immer noch nicht repariert.
Meine Vermutung ist hier, dass der Vermieter den Eingangsbereich zur Lagerung (vermutlich illegaler) Bauteile für seine anderen Betriebe nutzt. Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, befindet er sich zudem auf der Höhe unseres Balkons.
Was kann ich tun? Ich habe ihm das mehrmals per WhatsApp erzählt und danach gefragt. Ihm ist es ziemlich egal … Meinem Nachbarn ist es auch ziemlich egal, sie sind etwas älter, Ausländer und mit dem Schweizer Recht nicht vertraut … bitte helfen Sie.

i did this..
you have to list all the things that are not working or not according to the mietvertrag for example if you pay housemaintainance but its never cleaned.
and then you have to set a date until when the landlord has time to fix everything…one month is the standard.
send it via inscription and keep the bill of the post as an evidence that you sent it.
also important to document everything on pictures and videos.
