Ich miete seit 2 Jahren eine Wohnung in Bayern. Die Küche ist sehr alt und der Eigentümer hat vom ersten Tag an gesagt, dass wir die Küche nicht verändern dürfen.
Wir haben jetzt 3 Probleme mit der Küche: 1. Der Ventilator in der Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht und muss repariert werden. 2. Der Griff für den Backofen ist kaputt, weil er von sehr schlechter Qualität ist. (Bild beigefügt) 3. Die Küche hat eine billige Plastikverkleidung, die auch um die Spüle herum verläuft. Aufgrund der Verwendung von Wasser um die Spüle herum hat die Verkleidung in der Nähe der Spüle einige Schimmelflecken. (Bild beigefügt)
Liegt es in unserer Verantwortung, diese Dinge zu bezahlen und zu reparieren, oder liegt es in der Verantwortung des Eigentümers?

If the kitchen is included in your lease, then the landlord is responsible for repairing or replacing defective appliances.
Note that it’s also common to have a clause in your lease called the Kleinreparaturklausel that makes you responsible for minor (e.g. <= 100€) repairs, so you may want to check and see what the threshold is there.
