My comment is simply a documentation of events/facts. Nothing should be construed beyond that.

Little has been said about the wording of the MFA’s statement. To me it reads quite balanced, for example it mentions hostage-taking of civilians which may only refer to Hamas‘ attack in October without naming Hamas, but also condemns targeting of civilians and infrastructure which may refer only to Israel’s actions. I’d say perfect bothsideism.
