Years later when Azerbaijan tries to become a normal country, and not a gas station owned by allievy and friends. They’re going to have to try to and make nice with Armenia. What has happened in Nakhchivan and what most likely will happen in Artsakh. Will in my estimation be the biggest hurdle to that process, to the point of near impossibility. Unless Azerbaijan painstakingly rebuilds what it can at least, as recompense. This will also hurt tourism in Nakhchivan, as a lot of it’s Armenian heritage sites would be recreations. Not the original thing and won’t have the same draw.
