Edit: If you buy something and ship directly to Norway you will need to pay VAT + customs fee (45NOK) when picking it up unless the shop is a member of [VOEC](https://www.toll.no/en/online-shopping/e-commerce—what-changed-on-1-april/the-voec-scheme/)

If you’re not too far from the Swedish border, sending it to Poste Restante the closest place in Sweden will be a lot cheaper as you won’t need to pay Norwegian VAT.
