As the say in the report, basically Ukraine is using it’s military learnings as levers in diplomacy.

And surely there are many more actors interested in copying Ukraine’s high-impact, low-budget achievements than buying from Western mega-corp defense suppliers.

That knowledge will proliferate to any actor wanting to engage militarily.

Wonder what it bodes for terrorism.
