Hallo allerseits,
Ich habe Probleme mit meinem Alditalk-Dienst und hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann.
Problem 1: Ich habe versucht, mein Konto aufzuladen, aber es funktioniert nicht, obwohl über 24 Stunden vergangen sind.
Problem 2: Ich kann meine Daten nicht nutzen, obwohl ich noch Datenguthaben habe.
Hat jemand sonst diese Probleme erlebt? Für Tipps zur Lösung bin ich sehr dankbar!
