You can ask the shop that evaluated the car I think.
10 000 – 20 000 NOK.
All those things are simple to fix. But will take some time and thus money if you’re not doing it yourself.
1. You need a full brake job, changing drums, rotors and pads. (Actually you could do with less but it is just as well to do a full replacement when you have the wheels off). I would have done this myself, but if you do not do such things this is going to be the biggest expense. Parts arent expensive, but time is.
2. The front windshield needs replacement. If you have insurance, this will be a 2500 deductible but no bonus penalty. However the insurance only kicks in if the windscreen is cracked, not if it is worn. If you discover a crack in the windshield before you go to the glass-shop it will be no problem. Cracks happen in so many many ways and is always caused by flying rocks. Not that anyone would be able to see the difference between a flying rock and a misplaced hammer. wink wink.
Just take a picture of the whole page and send that to some nearby workshops, asking for a quote. It shouldn’t take them long to give you a price.
In case you didn’t know: There is no requirement to do the repairs at the same place that did the inspection, so if you get a better price at another shop you can take your car there, and whichever shop you use can also do the followup inspection once the work is done.
