To be illegal as an insult, you have to insult a specific person or clearly distinguished group. So just flipping off the general public is legal.

Not a lawyer, but i’m pretty sure an insult or a insulting gesture need a to be made about a specific person or a small group to be valid reason to sue, your sticker doesn’t qualify for that.

Idk but People who drive a car are sometimes very Angry by nature. I wouldn’t put something like this on my car to risk an even angrier dude, people have baseball bats in their car, some people have short temper..
